On meeting Margaret White at a Craft Fair in Henley On Thames, I became enthralled by the beauty of these exquisite Rocking Horses. Individually hand carved by Terry and Margaret in their workshop in Welwyn, the quality is outstanding and a truly unique gift that will become a family heirloom. The 'Oak Horse' is in solid oak using only dependable sources of high quality wood, from importers who can prove that they use selective harvesting practises.

As most rocking horses are installed in warm, dry and centrally heated homes, they have ensured that the wood is properly seasoned and kiln dried. Matching timber boards are used that will harmonise in the finished carved horse. Each horse has genuine brown horse hair mane and tail. The saddle and bridle are also hand made, using top quality leather with brass fittings.

You can also personalise your beautiful rocking horse with the addition of a brass plate - inscribed with your own choice of words.
