Mind Matter  “Beyond where I believed it was safe for me to go, is where I have often felt most alive”                  Lexie Bebbington I have had over 20 years experience as a recruiter, manager, director and business owner. In the 90's I worked at Director Level for a local recruitment agency, running two offices and successfully turning around an ailing business, whilst in deep recession.  I started my own recruitment business in 1999 which I grew to over £1 million turnover within 3 years.  I successfully sold in 2005 and took a sabbatical. More recently I was approached by a local business to Mentor the Director.  My practical approach to problem solving, flair for innovative ideas, combined with my sound business knowledge has been an excellent ingredient for mentoring. I have particular interest in implementing marketing/pr initiatives and putting forward ideas to ensure strong customer relationships and sales.
