Whether you are running a new business or trying to move it forward, cash flow is key and money has to be spent wisely. We do not tie you down to a given time frame, but allow you to decide just when and how often you call upon us. Just knowing that you can ‘dip in and out’ will make you feel secure.  Example of level of charges is as follows: Mentoring  Process: after completing the on line questionnaire, this will be followed by a 15/20 minute telephone call to assess your needs and how you see a mentor helping you. Thereafter:  £300 per month. This includes one 3 hour meeting and further priority email/telephone support, for up to 2 hours per month.  Additional support for research purposes is available at a cost of £35 per hour. Business Health Check Process: after an initial 15/20 minute telephone call to assess your needs we will make arrangements for a first meeting.  This meeting will identify your priorities and together we will put together a tailored program.  I will give you a clear idea of how many hours I feel will be required to carry out the service. This meeting will cost £100 for up to 1.5 hours. Thereafter: the cost is determined by the length of the project.  In general my costs will be £75 per hour.
