Mentoring is an informal process – a friend listening, giving options, but never deciding for you.  Building mutual trust, you must accept awkward questions may be asked initially, this enables the Mentor to learn about the business and you as a person. At first, Yvonne will listen and observe in order to understand the business, discussion will bring to light issues you have had in the past and how you have coped. Together we will pick out the good works to date and focus on the weaknesses, question and initiate thought. Then you will be offered guidance and feedback on issues, past and present. Through discussion we will be able to plan and prepare future action points for yourself By having time to reflect on your business you will find yourself coming up with the solutions.
